Are our sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Jill takes personal information very seriously. When receiving her certificate, Jill took an oath that promises client confidentiality, and she is steadfast in her pledge that anything discussed during coaching sessions remains private.
How long will it take?
This answer can vary from person to person, but generally speaking, Jill’s goal is to promote healing and moving forward. Upon “graduation,” clients will venture into the world equipped with a tool kit to help them along their journey. Should they encounter a new situation that would benefit some coaching, clients are always welcomed back to add another tool to their coping kit.
Where do the sessions take place?
Coaching sessions are held virtually via phone or video conferencing. Virtual sessions offer flexibility in schedule and travel. In addition, it offers amenity where some clients may feel more comfortable.
