About Me
In 1992 I graduated from Florida State University with a Master's degree in International Marketing/Merchandising. Upon graduating I became a Senior Product Manager for an international consumer goods manufacturer in Atlanta.

After some soul-searching and realizing how unhappy I was in the corporate world, I discovered an innate desire to help people and began working for myself. In 2006, I received a certification in Integrative Energetic Medicine from the Whitewinds Institute in Atlanta. IEM brings a holistic approach to healing the mind, body, heart, and soul as the main factors for health and well-being. I then furthered my interest in the healing arts by earning certification at the Botanologos School of Herbal Studies in 2008, and in 2010 became a certified yoga instructor.

In 2015 I earned a professional Life Coaching Certification and recently in 2020 earned a certification in Neuro-Linguistics Programming from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. NLP incorporates strategies and techniques designed to produce specific outcomes to help an individual manage their mental/emotional state and to stay focused on what they want from life.

Over the years I have lead numerous classes and seminars instructing students on the interrelatedness of the mind, body, and spirit and on the power we each hold to employ them to our greatest potential.

The dream of your life is to make beautiful art."
